About

Munich-based hosting provider founded in 2003, running its own datacenters rather than reselling hyperscaler capacity. Five German sites plus locations in the UK, US, Asia and Australia. Important caveat: US private equity firm KKR has held the majority stake since June 2022, so there is CLOUD Act exposure at ownership level even though the servers and the company are German.
